PAYMENT
We work on a NO FIX NO FEE basis, if you have a paypal online payment system then you do not have to pay anything in advance until we have fixed the Nintendo WII.
At which time we would ask for payment for the repair and return postage. If we are unable to repair it - we only ask for the return postage fee .

CHEQUES
Sorry due to recent problems, we can't take cheques as the bank account was part of another company and they have gone out of business, we hope to sort this out very soon

DON'T SEND THE REPAIR FEE
Only Send the return postage with the Nintendo WII,  DO not send the repair fee, this way if the Nintendo WII is not worth repair, or you don't want to accept our free quote we will return it
using the postage supplied, if the fee is to be paid we will contact you and sort this via Paypal or other means

PACKAGING IT UP
When you send your  Nintendo WII,  please ensure that it is well wrapped in bubble wrap or preferably in its original BOX with some documentation inside (remember your Nintendo WII looks just like all the others we have!).
Please do not simply post it in a jiffy bag otherwise it WILL get destroyed in the post.

Please email us to let us know you have sent the Nintendo WII to us with the recorded or special delivery number, this way we can email you back when it arrives
If you have not had a return email within 5-7 days please email us and we will double check our end for you - sales@xboxbreakers.co.uk

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
Repairs are often done SAME DAY - however depending upon workload here, and level of destruction upon the motherboard. Please allow 5 working days for processing whilst it is here.
Warning !! parts from Japan and china can takes weeks, although we try to maintain a good stock level, shortages happen

(regardless of eventual method of payment - choose cheque if not paying up front!)
