Repairs to Complete Xbox's !
Feel free to send us the XBOS (preferably nothing else to
keep weight down) and we will happily take a look at what you have damaged etc.
PRICES
- Our
Set repair charge is £20.00 per machine on a NO FIX
NO FEE basis (not inc p+p).
- The Set repair charge is ONLY for
problems that we can solve without using ADDITIONAL XBOX PARTS

If we cannot repair the XBOX then it will only cost return postage (per
machine) by special delivery @ £20.00 (Anything less will be
returned to you in the return parcel)

If we MUST use parts from another XBOX then we will be in contact with you
to discuss before we go ahead - PARTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL COST !
PAYMENT
We work on a NO FIX NO FEE
basis, if you have a paypal online payment system then you do not have
to pay anything in advance until we have fixed the XBOX.
At which
time we would ask for payment for the repair and return postage. If we
are unable to repair it - we only ask for the return postage fee .
CHEQUES
Sorry due to recent problems, we can't take cheques as the bank account was
part of another company and they have gone out of business, we hope to sort
this out very soon
DON'T SEND THE REPAIR FEE
Only Send the return postage with the XBOX, DO not send the repair fee, this way if the
XBOX is not worth repair, or you
don't want to accept our free quote we will return it
using the postage supplied, if the fee is to be paid we will contact you and
sort this via Paypal or other means
PACKAGING IT UP
When you send your XBOX, please
ensure that it is well wrapped in bubble wrap or preferably in its
original BOX with some documentation inside (remember your XBOX looks just like all the others we have!).
Please do not simply post it in a jiffy bag otherwise it WILL get destroyed
in the post.

special delivery number, this way we can email you back when it arrives

HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE
Repairs
are often done SAME DAY - however depending upon workload here, and
level of destruction upon the motherboard. Please allow 5 working days
for processing whilst it is here.
Warning !! parts from Japan and china can takes weeks, although we
try to maintain a good stock level, shortages happenHOW WE KEEP YOU INFORMED
In order for us to keep you informed of when your repair
arrives, repair results and tracking codes for postage etc and so we
can track and trace your repair
